Founded in 2010, IMPACT is a Geneva-based NGO and the largest independent data provider in crisis contexts. We aim to assist a wide array of stakeholders in making informed decisions in humanitarian, stabilization, and development environments. Central to our approach is direct engagement with local communities and their leaders, which we believe is key to better planning and decision-making.

Our team consists of experts in assessments, data, geospatial analysis, and thematic studies, and we emphasize people-centered research design while establishing rigorous standards for data collection and analysis in challenging contexts. Additionally, IMPACT fosters partnerships and builds the capacity of key stakeholders to ensure that our impact is sustained.

IMPACT’s work is organized through initiatives, each with a distinct purpose, operational model, and portfolio of solutions:

  • REACH strengthens evidence-based humanitarian decision-making through efficient data collection, management, and analysis before, during, and after emergencies.
  • AGORA supports localised, multi-sectoral aid efforts for the recovery and stabilization of crisis-affected communities, in close partnership with local stakeholders.
  • PANDA enhances the effectiveness of humanitarian and development programs through assessment, programme design, and monitoring & evaluation.

This platform is a key part of IMPACT’s continued commitment to improving the response to humanitarian challenges by facilitating better coordination and leveraging expertise from our partners on the ground.
